The monthly East Side Tour hosted by Waller House is happening tomorrow morning!


We are going to have some beautiful weather, so put on your sunnies, grab yourself a coffee and join us to hear about and tour these amazing properties.

Meet Up Location: Quickie Pickie (1208 E 11th St, Austin, TX 78702)

How it will work: Come a little early, grab a coffee and a taco.  Starting at 9am each agent that has a selected property will speak briefly about it and then we will leave individually to see the featured homes.

 SHOULD YOU BUY a "FLIPPED" HOUSE?  Have you personally ever considered and wondered if you, yourself should BUY  a "flipped house." In my 15+ years of predominantly residential Central Austin brokerage practice and experience, here are my insights, opinions, suggestions and things to be cognizant of.  #1.
