Are you a Rainey Downtown District Person?

Hello there friends! This afternoon (5.28.2020) I had a couple BUYER SHOWINGS and PREVIEW sessions in Austin's Downtown Rainey District Neighborhood. I got to PREVIEW and show for the 1st time, the 70 Rainey Residential Tower. It is impressive. The 10th Floor Pool, Hot Tub, Lounge & Amenity Deck is luxurious and new age. 70 Rainey also has a bar, called, the Tipsy Alchemist. I also showed the Milago Building. I had to pay $3.50 for about 2 hours of parking down by Interstate 35 Highway. These are some iphone photos I took on the afternoon.  Are you a RAINEY Downtown Austin Person? If you are interested in being shown or learning more about LEASING or BUYING Real Estate in the Rainey Neighborhood of Downtown Austin, Texas, contact me, and we'll discuss it.  George Vance McGee  512.657.9281 iphone AustinSilentMarket.com Real Estate Agent georgevance@gmail.com ...
