And it’s not slowing down anytime soon! It’s estimated that an average of 185 new residents move to the area each day. And with each new resident, the need for green space and transportation corridors grow along with it.    In the past year alone, the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail saw nearly 4.5 million visits on its 10-mile loop – that’s about 12,000 visits  each day . Many Austinites – especially those that are new to the area – don’t know that a large portion of the care of this space falls to The Trail Foundation (TTF).
