  Fall 2026 Zoning Update Please read the following for a detailed description of recent zoning and development projects in the Old West Austin neighborhood. 5th & Walsh: A new Chapter Begins Construction is officially underway at 5th & Walsh, Endeavor’s new mixed-use office and retail development in the heart of our historic Old West Austin neighborhood commercial district.
