The Westlake / Eanes Real Estate Broker Agent Property Tour Review. Features an Austin Silent Market Active MLS listing; 2705 Stratford Drive for Sale. 1.18.2023

I personally went, hosted 2705 Stratford Drive and previewed every single property on this morning's WESTLAKE Property Tour. For fellow Broker & Agents it meets weekly on Wednesday 9:30 AM @ the Thundercloud Subs, next to Summer Moon Coffee in the Walsh Tarlton Bee Caves Road Commercial Shopping Center.  As you can see, the cheapest property was asking 1.1 Million and the most expensive acreage residential acreage home  was asking 7 million.  Basically Westlake is not affordable. Uchi is an "OG" and opened on South Lamar in Austin, TX way back in 2003, before Austin, Texas became well known in present times as an elite FOODIE city. Per Wikipedia;  The former location above  of the final Felix Mexican Restaurant operation, which has since become Uchi Uchi is a contemporary Japanese sushi restaurant located in Austin, Texas   which opened in 2003. The Japanese word "Uchi" translates to "house" in English, and the 2,700-square-foot space is a refurbished home. Owner and chef Tyson Cole's menu consists of hot and cool tastings, sushi and sashimi , makimono, yakimono and tempura , and a changing omakase based on seasonal items. In
