The in person meeting was held per usual @ the Mathews Elementary School on West Lynn in Clarksville. The current president is Steve Amos. A friendly, well mannered and sensible man.  One attendee when discussing the death of Nau's Pharmacy stated, "I hope the new Nau's development doesn't suck or is super ugly?" Zoning Section; MANIFOLD Development presented in person for a new Mixed Use Brand New future Development located on West 6th street and Walsh. Manifold are local developers and office adjacent to Donn's Deport on West 5th street. Manifold's lead Representative stated, they listened to the neighborhood and are implementing very LARGE SIDWALKS on both West 6th & Walsh Street. 18'20' feet sized sidewalks. the New Mixed Use Complex will be 250 Units of Residential Apartments, Studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms. 10%-12% of the Apartments will be exclusively for Affordable Housing. Owner Leslie Martin had inherited some money from her grandmother’s death and she wanted to start up a cafe with a community feel in a rapidly changing Austin.
