Austin Board of Realtors NW Hills and South Austin Offices now OPEN for in person visitors

 

 
ABoR Headquarters & ABoR South Now Open for In-Person Service.

The day is finally here! Beginning today, ABoR Headquarters and ABoR South are open for in-person service. Here's what you need to know:

  • ABoR office hours are the following:
    • ABoR HQMonday-Friday9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
    • ABoR SouthMonday-Friday9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00-4:00 p.m. (closed for lunch 12:00-1:00 p.m.).
    • Saturday Service9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for email support and chat support on ABoR.com.
    • ABoR North will be opening very soon!
  • Both ABoR HQ and ABoR South will offer in-person REALTOR® Store service and member services support.
    • Psst! You can now find our Member Success Team on the 1st floor of ABoR HQ in the REALTOR® Store.
  • In addition, ABoR HQ will offer:
    • Curbside pickup for online REALTOR® Store orders.
      • The REALTOR® Store and curbside pickup close at 4:00 p.m.
    • Co-working space on the second floor, Member Lounge, and Closing Room.
    • Member Events Center rentals for brokers beginning July 1, 2021.
      • For more information regarding Member Event Center rentals, email Lauren Johnson at ljohnson@abor.com.
  • Meetings, classes, and events will remain fully virtual for now. However, stay tuned for offsite, in-person events beginning in July!

Per CDC guidelines, fully vaccinated individuals may resume activities without wearing a mask or social distancing. We no longer require wearing masks in our facilities and encourage members and guests to use their discretion when entering our facilities. We request that non-vaccinated individuals continue to wear a mask and maintain social distancing.

 

Over the last year, ABoR and ACTRIS have served your needs in more ways than ever before. As in-person activities begin again, we look forward to seeing you and continuing to find new ways to be the engine of your success.

Austin, Texas has a DOG PROBLEM.....

  Austin, Texas has a DOG problem (Letter I wrote and sent) Dear Austin City Council Members, Hello and well regards, Yesterday afternoon during a simple bicycle pedal exercise ride, I was physically chased by an unleashed Pitbull dog in ZILKER PARK. Then directly after recovering from almost being mauled by an unleashed pit-bull in Zilker Park, I attempted to buy a Gatorade at a nearby Barton Springs Road Market, but that didn't go well either, as an interior Market commercial customer had a massive mixed breed dog trolling through the diminutive shopping isles. Then this morning, at a Coffee shop on SoCo, there was only 1 entry way in and out, and there was another large, although more docile mixed breed dog. All of this has occurred in less than 24 hours. What's the point? The City of Austin's dog friendliness and citizen enabling of irresponsible dog owners has gotten out of control. Newsflash!
