3.5 Acre Unimproved LOT / LAND Lake Travis Frontage, 2.2 Million, "The Waterford on Lake Travis"

3.5 acre parcel of Travis County land, which could provide up to five amazing water view home sites. It's currently platted as a spacious private waterfront estate with 360 degree panoramic views. Municipal Utility District #10 underground utilities are accessible in four locations. A 100 ft. wide shoreline section extends 200 ft. into (year-round) deep water providing 2000 sq. ft. of (owned) waterfront on Lake Travis for a large dock. This county land is mostly unrestricted and has no HOA or city code involvement. There's plenty of room for autos or larger vehicles without jurisdiction hassle. The parcel wraps around the southwest cul-de-sac end of the "private road" portion of Watercliff Drive. The private road is deeded to the respective owners and is improved with concrete as seen where the darker asphalt stops. The private road can be gated.

Some cedars are cut. Otherwise, unimproved. Power, water, sewer connects, and cable are in four locations.

These utilities are in both circles and two locations on Bluffwater Way. MUD #10 Travis County

This is an estate sale. They have chosen to represent themselves.
