I Passed the Broker Real Estate exams for the state of Texas! George Vance McGee now a valid Real Estate Broker in Texas.

Happy, Joyous, Wonderful News! After formally applying with TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) for a broker's license, multiple 30 hours Education Courses passed via Champions Real Estate, along with a 2 days Champions Real Estate Broker Exam Prep Course...on Friday 12.18.2020 George Vance McGee officially PASSED both the National and State sections of the state of Texas Broker's Exam. (on the 1st attempt) Hip hop hooray! I am so happy!

I wish my Mother Andrea Roberts McGee (rest in peace) was still around so I could tell her. She'd have been proud of me. I'd also like to thank my Broker / Dad / Real Estate Coach and caring Mentor George Sears McGee for his years of care, teaching and REAL LIFE, REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE PRACTICING, tutelage.

I'd also like to thanks Champions Real Estate  School. The Zoom Live Courses with Teachers and Students around the great state of Texas  were enjoyable, informative, accurate, fun and worthwhile!

I'd also like to thank the Cherrywood Coffehouse on E. 38th 1/2 for the peaceful, studious friendly, welcoming, yet Austin-weirdtastic vibes.

My plan is to continue with Austin Silent Market Real Estate, until my pops officially decides to retire from practicing.

I'm also perhaps thinking I could maybe one day TEACH a live say 3-4 Hours Course, tentatively titled "Guerilla Real Estate Business Development and Marketing"

Then directly after recovering from almost being mauled by an unleashed pit-bull in Zilker Park, I attempted to buy a Gatorade at a nearby Barton Springs Road Market, but that didn't go well either, as an interior Market commercial customer had a massive mixed breed dog trolling through the diminutive shopping isles.
