Howdy there ATX: Real Estate Life Blog Friends.

I just wanted to share with  y'all this Property in Central EAST Austin, near 15th street, I showed recently as a rental (also for Sale) that is still pleasantly stuck in my brain. Very Cool, Sleek, Vertical, Fun, and Cool Newer Property.

4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2385 sq. ft, 1 full car garage, fenced backyard, SWEDE Hill, Central East Austin Location. Roof-deck Lounge with Texas Capitol & Downtown Austin Views. Corner Lot. Ample Front, Side yard. Peaceful, Residential Walk-able Area. Year Built 2019 (Fresh Out of the Construction Oven eh?)

The Living Room & Kitchen is located on the First Floor. Additional Bedrooms and  Living Area go upstairs from there. A Vertical Style & Modern Sleek Home.

This property is currently (April 23, 2020) actively listed in the ABOR MLS For Lease, Fully Furnished @$4,990 per month & Also for Sale @$1,125,000 by a prompt and working Fara Kosarsi with Realty Austin.

I, George Vance McGee, Licensed Real Estate Agent with the Austin Silent Market can happily SHOW you the property and work as your  Leasing or Buyer's Agent.

The Property has an AIRBNB, Vacation Party Vibe Rental, yet as you are fully aware by today's date, Covid-19 has halted and stunted the formerly bustling Vacation Real Estate Rental Business. One forgets how damn Fun and Vibrant  the Nightlife, and Entertainment Industry was Rocking in Austin, pre-pandemic.

In regards to health, being a newborn dad will really sober you up. Coffee has long since replaced booze in my blood system. When you routinely wake up circa 7:00 am to hug your baby daughter, change her diaper, feed her, have playtime and then drive her to daycare/preschool you need to feel healthy, rested and alert. 1 thing I do miss as a responsible married family man, is the carefree, outgoing, live music and bar hopping nightlife of Austin, Texas. Let's be hone...
