STRAIGHT TALK
After the TAR lease and 1st month's rent and security deposit is fully collected. Austin Silent Market does not currently offer property management services. We can happily be your hired leasing brokerage. Once the lease is executed and the tenant moves in, ongoing rent collection, maintenance, and renewals are yours or your property manager's. We hand off clean executed official TAR paperwork files either way, and we're glad to refer management companies.
You as the property owner and landlord approve the tenant. We market, show, screen, and present. The decision is yours, made on complete third-party screening data via MySmartMove.com and within fair housing laws.
Listing commissions are negotiable and set via TAR lease Listing agreement, prior to Active ABOR MLS listing status.
