Below are photos I took from the "SPIN Magazine SwSw showcase for the Get Up Kids & Sunny Day Real Estate." They both played. Tickets cost $40 buck each. @ STUBBS Live Music Venue Red River. It was enjoyable!

The Get Up Kids Live @ Stubbs. It was Matt Pryor the Lead Singer's Birthday. They played their classic main hits. Rock/ Emo

Below are Photos of the 1 and only, "SUNNY DAY REAL ESTATE" live.  Sunny Day Real Estate was famously on the same SUB POP Seattle, Washington Music Label of 1990's music era lore. Nirvana was the most well known and famous SubPop Label Seattle 90's band.
Sunny Day Real Estate Still sounds fantastic LIVE in 2024. Listening to them live is being physically transported and taking a time-machine back to 1990's era Rock n Power Roll. They crush some of the banger songs. The drummer is powerful and the 49 year old lead singer, Jeremy Enigk has an angelic emo and vocal voice unlike any other lead singer on earth. His singing voice is unique.  Rock N Roll Emo Music is known for their songs balancing hard rock and roll, with elements of thoughtful singing.

The SwSx Saturday 12 noon -4 pm Live Music Event was very well attended. A variety of Ages Young, and Middle Aged. Fans of the Rock N Roll Emo Genre.

the Merchandise Table. A stable long line for purchasers I noticed.

I was buying $9.50 Cold ALTSTADT Beers (Altstadt is brewed nearby in Fredericksburg, Tx, Hill Country)

SPIN MAGAZINE. I got some FREE ear buds to protect my hearing, as I chose to stand near the main stage.
