GVM question for ABOR, "What is ABOR's current position on shorter term rentals of less than 31 days in length, in regards to property owners?

Great question! On the local level, ABoR believes cities should use existing tools at their disposal to address nuisance properties, crack down on bad actors, and protect the health and safety of tenants, property owners, and community members. STR regulations infringe on a property owner’s ability to conduct business without government interference. In addition, these regulations are often duplicative, ineffective, and intrusive to property owners and tenants.
