When: Dec. 17th, Saturday 6:30 pm - 11 pm.

Why: Sheila Fish and I bought this house, and it's time to break it in, with our first House group social party & gathering.

Bonus: Pony or Real Keg, Plus some sort of Foot/Catering.

Parking, Neighborhood Parking is FREE, overnight parking is also okay, just remember to pick your car back up by Sunday afternoon or Monday morning.

 SHOULD YOU BUY a "FLIPPED" HOUSE?  Have you personally ever considered and wondered if you, yourself should BUY  a "flipped house." In my 15+ years of predominantly residential Central Austin brokerage practice and experience, here are my insights, opinions, suggestions and things to be cognizant of.  #1.
