Cycle EAST, a Yelp Review by GVM.



Cycle East is even an awesome experience during the COVID-19 times. There is also an awesome FLAT TRAK legit coffee store in-house while you wait, chill and talk bicycles. I had a CUSTOM work order, for a new elevated handle bar, that required longer and new cables. It all happened within 7 days. Done! Back biking on the road. I recognized one of the service guys from Mellow Johnny's. If you live in East Austin, this is your BIKE SHOP! George Vance McGee.

 SHOULD YOU BUY a "FLIPPED" HOUSE?  Have you personally ever considered and wondered if you, yourself should BUY  a "flipped house." In my 15+ years of predominantly residential Central Austin brokerage practice and experience, here are my insights, opinions, suggestions and things to be cognizant of.  #1.
